Once an order is placed, no cancellations are accepted unless approved.   If a cancellation occurs after the credit card is charged and a refund is issued back to the card, the buyer will be responsible for paying any transaction fees that occur due to the two credit card transactions.   Please make sure to measure your pet properly before ordering.   Contact us if you are unsure on sizing at 561-575-4266. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:  The Haute Hound ships using the United States Postal Service for smaller packages, fedex/dhl/ups for larger shipments.  We are not respond for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments.  Typically, Standard Shipping orders may ship within 5-15 business days as many items are custom-made or ship out directly from the designer.  Priority Shipping orders will ship in 1-3 days provided the items are in stock.  If not, priority shipping will be canceled and standard shipping charges will incur.  You will be informed via email.   Bulky/oversized/heavy items(furniture, dog food etc) shipments will incur additional shipping charges.  We contact you via email with your additional shipping charges.    PS. We recycle our shipping and packing  materials/boxes.

We ship orders with delivery confirmation/signature confirmation and insurance.  If the USPS confirms the delivery with the delivery confirmation number, then the Haute Hound is not responsible thereafter.  No shipping times are guaranteed but for express mail.  Please call us at 561-575-4266 for express mail shipping prices.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PLEASE READ!  All international orders will have a minimum shipping charge of $12.95($9.95 for Canada) for priority international regardless of invoice shipping amount as those are U.S. prices - additional charges may incur depending on weight/size of the order.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages shipped using this method.  If you prefer your order to be shipped express international, please inform us via email.  Using this method with enable your package to be tracked/insured.  Minimum charge is $24.95 depending on weight/size of the shipment.  We cannot guarantee the shipping times for international orders as customs' can hold up a shipment.   International Orders can take up to 8 weeks or more to arrive, so please be patient.  The Haute Hound is not responsible for any extra custom duties or fees incurred by the buyer's country. They are the buyer's responsibility. 

Returns Policy:   If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, simply return the item(s) unused, unwashed, and resellable within 15 days after receiving your package for a full store credit.  If the item is deemed  not resellable, we cannot accept the return, that includes anything peed on or worn items.

 In the event of a desired exchange, please contact our us first via phone: 561-575-4266 or email: info@thehautehound.com.   When mailing back item(s), please enclose the packing slip that arrived with the shipment and a brief description of how you would like us to proceed with the store credit or exchange.

All store credits do not expire and will be honored on-line or in our retail boutique. Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges and you will be charged for the return shipping charges on exchanges.  

One sizing exchange is allowed per item.  More than one exchange will incur a 15% restocking fee.  Shoes are only exchangable for other shoes sizes.

Please be advised: All returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused. Any clearance, sale, personalized, custom, or perishable orders will not be accepted for return.

Due to strict health regulations, no returns can be accepted on carriers or beds either.          We apologize for the inconvenience.

We recommend shipping your item back with some sort of tracking as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
